Situation

Where the process was losing clarity.

A multi-category retail catalog needed one recognizable storefront while still helping visitors move quickly toward the part of the collection relevant to them.

Design response

The decisions that created a cleaner path.

Designed a modular homepage with category navigation, editorial product tiles, concise product cards, variant selection and a clear path through cart, checkout, delivery and support information.

Operating flow

One state moves deliberately into the next.

  1. Navigate

Give Kids, Home, Men’s and Electronics visible routes from the primary storefront navigation.

  2. Explore

Use editorial tiles and a selected-product section to make the range feel approachable.

  3. Select

Show useful details, price states and available variants before ordering.

  4. Checkout

Keep cart, checkout, delivery, returns and frequently asked questions in one purchase journey.

Documented outcome

What the work proves—and what it does not claim.

The completed marketplace gives a broad catalog one consistent brand and purchase path. Order details, revenue and conversion performance are not disclosed.

Interface system

Designed as a system,
not a collection of screens.

Shahera Mart uses one recognizable retail system for Kids, Home, Men’s and Electronics. Editorial blocks make the range approachable while the product and checkout journey remains consistent across categories.

Working framework

How the experience
works underneath.

Each layer has one responsibility. That separation keeps the interface easier to understand now and easier to move from Vercel to dedicated infrastructure later.

Shared storefront

One modular homepage gives every category a place without fragmenting the brand.

Catalog engine

WooCommerce handles product details, variants, cart and checkout across the range.

Editorial layer

Reusable Elementor sections connect seasonal discovery with selected products.

Performance layer

Object caching supports the repeatable content and commerce experience.

Interface decisions

Editorial discovery

Large visual tiles make broad categories memorable without turning the page into a menu wall.

Consistent product cards

Details and price states follow the same visual grammar across departments.

Responsive continuity

The same category and checkout logic is preserved from desktop to phone.
